Authors must sign their copyright form via IEEE eCopyright service. Please login to your EDAS account and look for your VTST’22 accepted paper under your EDAS dashboard, then click on the copyright icon (8th column on your list of papers page). You will be then redirected to an EDAS webpage in which you should click on the button “IEEE Copyright Submission”. Next, you will be redirected to IEEE eCF website where you just need to follow the wizard to complete and submit your copyright form online.

Preparing your Camera-Ready

Final papers must be IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including tables, figures and references and must use standard IEEE two-column conference templates (Word or LaTeX) that can be downloaded from If the Word templates are used the final manuscripts should be prepared using the most current version of Microsoft Word to help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.
