Author Mandatory Registration

Identify the presenter of the paper in EDAS. The presenter must register and pay the subscription fee for the conference no later than July 29th 2022. Your paper cannot be included in the proceedings and in the final program if you are not registered for the conference and have not paid the fee by this date. In case of approval of more than one paper, two (2) papers are allowed per fully registered participant.

IEEE Copyright form

Authors must sign their copyright form via IEEE eCopyright service. Please login to your EDAS account and look for your VTST’22 accepted paper under your EDAS dashboard, then click on the copyright icon (8th column on your list of papers page). You will be then redirected to an EDAS webpage in which you should click on the button “IEEE Copyright Submission”. Next, you will be redirected to IEEE eCF website where you just need to follow the wizard to complete and submit your copyright form online.

Preparing your Camera-Ready

Final papers must be IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including tables, figures and references and must use standard IEEE two-column conference templates (Word or LaTeX) that can be downloaded from http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. If the Word templates are used the final manuscripts should be prepared using the most current version of Microsoft Word to help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.

**Please be sure to remove all headers, footers and page numbers.
